Benefits of the Dental Savings Plan
Our Dental Savings Plan is a discount plan, not a dental insurance policy. As a result, you don’t have to pay monthly premiums or be concerned about reaching a yearly maximum. You don’t have to worry about complicated deductibles, forms to file, and reimbursement schedules. Rather, you simply pay the annual fee and enjoy the following services that the plan completely covers:
- 2 preventive exams per year.
- Diagnostic X-rays (as needed).
- 2 preventive cleanings per year.
- 2 fluoride treatments per year.
- Emergency exams
- Emergency X-rays.
In addition, you get a 25 percent discount on these periodontal procedures:
- Scaling and root planing (i.e., deep cleaning).
- Periodontal maintenance.
- Arestin—antibacterial therapy.
- Periodontal re-evaluation.
Finally, you receive a 20 percent discount for restorative services, including the following:
- Root canal.
- Dental crowns and bridges.
- Full or partial dentures.
- Clear orthodontic aligners.
Please remember that the Dental Savings Plan only applies to service rendered at Tylan Creek Family Dentistry and cannot be used with other insurance or discounts.
Annual Coverage Fees
Keep in mind that you can enroll at any time, and the plan will be active for 12 months from that date. You need to pay the coverage fee at the time that you sign up for the plan. Here is our Dental Savings Plan fee structure:
- Single Coverage—$399
- Additional Adult Dependent Coverage (18 and over)—$349
- Dependent Children (17 and under)—$299
