Meet Dr. Caitlin Lyda Hiott

Dr. Caitlin Lyda Hiott was born and raised in Simpsonville, SC and is excited to be back home in the upstate. She completed her undergraduate studies at Clemson University with a degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Business Administration. She then relocated to Charleston, South Carolina where she achieved her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. During her time at MUSC, Dr. Hiott participated in several service events that ignited her passion for helping those in need. She loves how dentistry allows her to serve the community and make new and lasting relationships with her patients.

Dr. Hiott officially joined the Tylan Creek family in 2020, but has been a patient here for as long as she can remember. She loves being part of a team that already feels like family! When Dr. Hiott is not helping people achieve their healthiest smiles, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Grayson, and their two dogs, Easton and Otis. She loves being outside, hiking in the mountains, listening to live music, and traveling to new places.
